Sitting in this room.  A blank page staring back at me.

I never thought that leaving you would ever hurt this bad but it does.

A slide show of memories, playing back as I try and get some rest.

Another whiskey shot to ease me through the night won’t hurt I guess.

This city sure is trying, to be everything that you were once to me.

But will it keep me warm on a long cold Winter’s night?  I guess we’ll see.

This city feels so huge.  Sometimes I feel a little lost in the crowd.

But that don’t mean so much, I guess I just have to sing a bit more loud.
