Ghost Town

Music/Lyrics: Don de Leaumont

The memories, are plain as day.  All but the faces here have changed.

Things are different, since I stopped coming round.

There’s a lot of ghosts in this town.

Lord aint it funny, how the years fly by.  Yet they leave me wondering why.

They roll on by, never making a sound.

There’s a lot of ghosts in this town.

This town in the summer, it feels the same.

Makes me remember all the names.

Of those that were lost here, and those that were found.

There’s a lot of ghosts in this town.

I’m packing my bags, to leave again.  I may return in who knows when.

Baying at the moon is the lonely hound.

There’s a lot of ghosts in this town.
